Ravi Kota, Additional Chief Secretary of Assam, emphasized the priority of investment for Assam and the North-East, with 70 MOUs worth 11,543 crores in the pipeline, including a significant investment in the solar energy sector and the establishment of a semiconductor plant in Nagaon. Abhishek Singh, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs, highlighted the 26-billion-dollar PLI initiative and the Prime Minister's Gati Shakti scheme.
