One arrested after deadly shooting at SE Oklahoma City hotel

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - One person has been taken into custody following a fatal shooting at an Oklahoma City hotel Tuesday morning.

According to OKCPD, the shooting happened at a hotel near SE 82nd and I-35 Service Road around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20.

Police say someone called 911 saying a person had been shot in a hotel room. Upon arrival, officers found a deceased man with what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on scene.

According to officials, Brandon Metcalf has been arrested for First Degree Murder.
