Congress and Samajwadi Party have formed an alliance for the Lok Sabha polls in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Congress will contest in 17 seats in UP, while Samajwadi Party will field candidates in the remaining 63 seats. The alliance is a positive development for the Indian National Democratic Inclusive Alliance.
