Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has picked his starting eleven to welcome strugglers Luton Town to Anfield in the Premier League this evening.

Manchester City moved to just a point behind Liverpool in the league standings by beating Brentford on Tuesday and Klopp will need no reminding about the importance of the Reds not slipping up.

There may also be a whiff of revenge in the air for Liverpool tonight as Luton held them to a shock 1-1 draw in the earlier fixture between the two teams this season.

Luton last visited Anfield in the Premier League in 1992, when Liverpool ran out 2-1 winners.

Liverpool are without Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Curtis Jones, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson and Dominik Szoboszlai.

This evening, Liverpool have Caoimhin Kelleher in goal, while at the back Klopp picks a four of Conor Bradley, Virgil van Dijk, Jarell Quansah and Joe Gomez.

Midfield sees Liverpool deploy Wataru Endo, Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch, while Harvey Elliott, Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz lead the attack.

Klopp can shake things up with changes off the bench if needed and he has options that include Andrew Robertson and Ibrahima Konate.
