Woman, child hit by vehicle in Manhattan: police
HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) – A vehicle jumped a curb and hit a woman and child in Manhattan Wednesday, police said.
The crash happened at West 131st Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, according to the NYPD.
A vehicle driving down Frederick Douglass Boulevard tried to avoid a previous accident, jumped into the curb, then struck the woman and child, police said.
The woman and child were taken to a hospital and are expected to survive, according to authorities.
