I’m a French skincare pro – my ‘spider fingers’ method erases 11 lines & an Amazon buy will prevent further wrinkles
KNOWING that many people hope to diminish the signs of aging, a skincare pro has shared her tips for getting rid of fine lines and wrinkles.
The best part is her tips won’t break the bank and can be done at home.
A French esthetician (@theglowingcommunity) pointed out the common “11 lines” that many women struggle with.
These are the two vertical parallel lines that form at the inside edges of your eyebrows, above your nose.
“Why the 11 lines form in the first place is because when we’re frowning our muscles get tense, and over time that becomes their normal shape,” she said in the clip.
“So, we want to relax those muscles.”
While Botox can fix this, she said there’s an easier, cheaper, and more natural way to get the job done.
“We’re going to erase them with some massage and face taping,” she said.
To begin, grab some oil for your face — she recommends Kansa Organics $22 brightening oil — and massage it around your eyebrows.
“Put your fingers in a hook position, and then nicely stretch them apart about 10-15 times,” she said.
“And then massage upwards in the middle, and you’re going to do that 15 times.”
Move on to a kneading massage, pinching the muscles above your brows and kneading them gently with both hands for about 30 seconds.
And finally, she did what she called a “spider finger” massage, tapping, combing, and extending her fingers against her forehead.
“Once you’ve done this massage, you should feel more relaxed in this area,” she said.
Then, it’s time for face-taping, which can be bought for $14 on Amazon.
It’s super safe and affordable, unlike Botox.

“It’s basically a tape that we are going to place on our skin to reduce the facial movement.
“Most of the time, we are frowning at night,” she said, adding that leaving the face tape on overnight will stop those muscles from staying in that position for such a long time.
Place the face tape diagonally, starting at the middle of your eyebrow, lifting your muscles up as you continue to lay the tape on your skin, and slanting it down towards the center of your nose.
“It’s super safe and affordable, unlike Botox.
“I am so excited for you to try this because you are going to be amazed at the results,” she gushed.
She said it’s important you complete every step.
“But don’t skip the massage step, because you need to relax the muscles before you stick the tape on. That’s the combination that will make the biggest difference,” she suggested.
Viewers backed her claim and said they wanted to give it a try.
“It actually works,” one person wrote.
“I need to be doing all of this! Your skin is gorgeous,” added another.
