Odisha inaugurated five teaching hospitals of medical colleges at Balasore, Baripada, Balangir, Keonjhar, and Sundargarh, adding 3000 beds. The government has invested over Rs 2000 crore and laid the foundation stone for the transformation of major hospitals.
