B.C.'s top court rejects province's attempt to appeal temporary halt of public drug use law

B.C.'s top court has rejected the province's attempt to appeal a pause imposed during a legal challenge of a law restricting illicit substance use in many public spaces, after the judge who granted the injunction said "irreparable harm will be caused if the act comes into force."
