‘Love their clothes!’ Poundland fans rave about ‘gorgeous kids clothing’ that’s ‘great quality’ and ‘super cheap’
KIDS seem to grow out of clothes with five minutes and even without paying VAT, this can quickly make a dent in your bank account.
One thrifty mum has found the solution and found an unusual place to pick up her kids’ clothes – the pound shop.
Whilst it seems too good to be true, the savvy shopper revealed that her local Poundland had amazing kids’ items currently.
It might not be your go-to-destination for children’s clothes but that is likely to change after you see what the Facebook user picked up in the Salford branch.
Sharing some of her favourite finds on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains group, she revealed that there was a wide range of sizes and styles on offer.
“Pep & Co has some absolutely gorgeous baby and children’s clothing in,” she gushed, after uploading mutiple pictures to the social media group.
First to catch her eye was an adorable cream colour baby dress which was perfect for spring, as it had delicate 3D flowers attached to it – a must at just £6.
With wedding season just around the corner, you may also be tempted to pick up this stunning white dress for your flower girls which is a steal at just £8.
Don’t worry about your little ones getting cold either, as there are plenty of jumpers also available at the discount store including an adorable beige sweater with sweet pink flowers for £6.
There was even a Chanel-style tweed jacket and skirt, with the pink co-ord costing just £15 despite it’s high end look.
It’s not just the girls that are spoilt for choice at the high street giant either, as the thrifty mum found plenty of boys’ clothes which she also shared on Facebook.
Coming in an assortment of blues and beiges, these are banging on-trend and durable enough to withstand any scraps.
This includes a tan and green waterproof coat from Poundland for just £9, which even had two built-in pockets and a hood.
Alternatively, you could bag a bargain sweater featuring the New York skyline in shades of brown and cream for £8.
With so many great kids’ clothes on offer, it’s not surprising that the post has gone viral within the group and other parents said they’d found similar items in their local store.
“I got the most beautiful little green dress with bunnies on it today from ours,” gushed one proud mum, adding: “£4…can’t go wrong.”
Another added that they’d regularly started shopping at Poundland for clothes, writing: “Love their clothes. I buy loads from there and it’s always been great quality.”
“Half of Aurelia’s wardrobe,” joked a third parent, adding a crying laughing emoji.
If you are tempted pick up some of these gorgeous kids’ clothes, you’ll need to make sure that you visit a large Poundland as these will have the Pep & Co section.
