My hair was falling out in clumps – but I boosted its growth with 6 key products, including a £6 Boots buy
A WOMAN who suffered from hair loss has shared the six key products she used to “quadruple” the volume of her hair.
Ashley Page took to Instagram to share her haircare tips.
In an Instagram video, she revealed that she began to panic after her hair started to come out in clumps.
However, she did lots of research and has come up with the perfect formula for hair growth.
The first product that Ashley recommended is rosemary oil.
Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate hair growth, and you can buy a bottle from Boots for £6.
Ashley also recommended taking collagen powder to improve hair growth.
Taking collagen powder can improve the supply of blood to hair follicles, leading to reduced hair loss and improved regrowth.
You can buy collagen powder online for around £12.
Ashley also suggested using a hydrating hair mask once a week, which she said will make your hair softer.
You can buy a hair mask from Boots for just £2.55.
The haircare whizz also suggested using a Keratin shampoo “to make your hair stronger”.
You can purchase Keratin shampoo from Superdrug for a fiver.
Ashley’s next tip is to use heat protectant to protect your hair from being damaged when using straighteners or curlers.
Heat protectant costs just £1.50 from Boots.
Finally, Ashley advised using hair oil to make your hair shiny.
You can pick up hair oil from Boots for £3.99.
“I wish I had someone lay it out for me this plainly when I was going through this”, she said.
Instagram users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on Ashley’s tips.
One person said: “Thank you for sharing this amazing hair growth success story!”
Another person added: “I love it”.
A third person said: “Yes”.
