Police: Man arrested for damaging property at WellNow

NORTH GREENBUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On March 8, Sean Arthur, or Latham, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. Arthur is accused of causing $1,927.80 in damage at WellNow North on January 27.

Police say Arthur was reportedly upset about a billing issue and broke the glass on the exterior door as a result. He was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree. He was released and is due in court at a later date.
