Better news on footfall comes with Mother's Day, despite rain

​UK footfall has been pretty unimpressive in recent weeks but in the latest seven-day period, it was up a pleasing 6.6% from the week before, helped by Mother’s day and the run-up to Easter, despite ongoing wet weather.
