IMF forecasts 2.6 pct economic growth for Angola

LUANDA, March 11 (Xinhua) -- The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has forecasted a 2.6 percent growth for the Angolan economy in 2024, while highlighting high risks due to the country's heavy reliance on oil, banking vulnerabilities and high debt levels with uncertain market access.

These findings are part of the IMF Executive Board's Article IV consultation report, which conducts an annual review of the Angola
