Ekin-Su ‘betrays’ Celeb BB best pal in shock twist as two brutal face-to-face nominations revealed
CELEBRITY Big Brother star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has dramatically turned on her best friend in the house during brutal face-to-face nominations.
The Love Island star, 29, picked her pal Louis Walsh in a shock move and branded him “lazy” in front of all of the housemates.
In a sneak peek, Ekin stood up in her pyjamas and shut her eyes as she delivered her first nomination to Big Brother.
As 71-year-old Louis looked on, she said: “My first nomination is going to be Louis.
“I just feel like Louis is a bit lazy and I prefer someone who is a team player.
“I would like him to be more practical with housework in the home. That’s why I want to nominate Louis.”
In the first look clip, which aired on CBB spin-off show Celebrity Big Brother: Late and Live, Louis glared back in silence as Ekin made her nomination.
But in a turn of the tables, X Factor judge Louis has also been shown making one of his face-to-face nominations.
Standing up to face his housemates, he picked David Potts.
He said: “I’m going to nominate David. He is fun, a nice guy and extremely loud. Very, very loud.
“I don’t like loud all the time. I don’t like show tunes all the time. I don’t like Disney songs all the time.”
The full round of face-to-face nominations will be shown in Thursday night’s episode of Celebrity Big Brother on ITV1.
One CBB Late and Live audience member was quick to accuse Ekin of deliberately distancing herself from Louis after hearing the crowd boo him during Tuesday’s eviction show.
The fan told host Will Best: “She knows that the public don’t like Louis so she wants to steer away from him.”
Echoing this, another viewer has branded her a “snake” after seeing the clip.
Writing on X, she said: “Ekin-Su turning on her mate Louis Walsh and nominating him after hearing the public boo him on eviction night.
“What a snake. I think she would do anything to get a role on Hollyoaks that lass.”
And another added: “Ekin-Su flipping on Louis showing how she just chases power, fame and attention.”
Celebrity Big Brother line-up
Who are the 13 stars appearing in the Celebrity Big Brother house? The Sun's Jamie Downham takes a look...
Sharon Osbourne – TV legend – who is a “house guest” on a megabucks deal – said she was doing the show for “a good time not a long time”
Louis Walsh – Irish boyband manager who has never knowingly backed down from a fight and is not above pulling rank over the double bed
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu – As we know from Love Island, the Ek-ster is capable of throwing about some dramatics to claw her way to the final
Levi Roots – Reggae Reggae Sauce sauce packs a bit of a kick, but its inventor seems quite mild-mannered. Will that change under pressure?
Fern Britton – The former This Morning star called out Phillip Schofield – don’t think she won’t do the same to anyone who tangles with her
Colson Smith – You’ll probably know him best as Corrie’s Craig Tinker – but prepare to find out he’s not much like his character
David Potts – Ibiza Weekender’s breakout star has left that show behind – as well as his trousers by the look of things
Gary Goldsmith – Kate Middleton’s uncle is a big signing for ITV, but has proved a divisive booking among viewers
Marisha Wallace – It’s not CBB without the role of ‘American who doesn’t know what they’ve let themselves in for’ and she’s doing brilliantly
Nikita Kuzmin – The Strictly pro is coming onto the show fresh off the show’s tour. Poor lad probably just wants a rest
Zeze Mills – the social media star has a “no holds barred interview style” – and she hasn’t backed away from calling people (well, Louis) out
Bradley Riches – The actor played kindly James McEwan in Netflix hit Heartstopper and he seems just as sweet in the house
Lauren Simon – She’s a Real Housewives of Cheshire star and you really don’t get on that show by being shy and retiring
