Glastonbury Festival 2024 headliners revealed as three huge pop acts including legendary Brit band and US superstar
AFTER months of speculation the three acts who will be headlining Glastonbury this year have been revealed.
Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA will be taking to the festival over the weekend, while Shania Twain has been booked for the coveted Legends Stage.
Festival bosses shared the first look at the acts peforming this morning and wrote: “Here is the first Glastonbury Festival 2024 line-up poster. Many more acts and attractions still to be announced.”
The news was met with mixed reactions from fans – one person remarked: “Every passing year this looks more & more like Chelmsford V Festival.”
A second said: “Meh. Was that really worth all this wait?”
And a third moaned: “That is such a bad lineup. Worst of all time? Genuinely tempted to resell my ticket.”
Last week The Sun told how festival bosses were dealt a huge blow as negotiations with Stevie Wonder collapsed – leaving a big gap in the line-up.
Madonna was close to signing last October but was said to have been heavy-handed with her demands, causing talks to fail.
Chiefs then made a beeline for Fleetwood Mac legend Stevie Nicks but she was poached for the BST festival in London’s Hyde Park.
