The Congress has accused the BJP of misusing central agencies like the ED and CBI to collect Rs 400 crore through electoral bonds from 45 companies after conducting raids on them. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge demanded that the BJP should release a white paper on its finances if it truly cares about democracy.
