Chairman of Riigikogu's Foreign Affairs Committee Marko Mihkelson (Reform) has joined nearly 20 of his counterparts across Europe and North America in signing a joint statement regarding the forthcoming presidential elections in Russia, which the statement said would neither be free or fair.
