Investigators in Massachusetts are pursuing criminal charges against six juveniles who they say participated in a hateful, racist online chat that included heinous language, threats, and a mock slave auction. Investigators said overnight from Feb. 8 through Feb. 9 multiple juveniles took part in a group chat on Snapchat, which was created by a group of 8th grade students in the town of Southwick, Massachusetts located about 100 miles west of Boston. During the chat, some of those involved expressed hateful and racist comments, including notions of a mock slave auction directed at two particular juveniles. Their identities weren't disclosed due to their age.
