3-month-old baby dies at Bossier City daycare

BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A 3-month-old baby died while at a Bossier City daycare earlier this week.
According to Bossier City Public Information Officer Louis Johnson, the Bossier City Fire Department received a call at 11:00 a.m. on Monday stating that a 3-month-old child was not breathing at Plume Academy Daycare.
When the fire department arrived, CPR was already in progress. The child was taken to a local hospital, but was later pronounced dead.
The death is still under investigation pending results from the autopsy.
