FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Wednesday Evening,
It has been a cool start to spring with temps back into the upper 40s today with plenty of wind. We will have high pressure building in from the north tonight, this will start to relax winds, but also drop temps back into the lower 20s, with some upper teens possible outside of town.
Thursday expect a cold start to the day, with wind chills in the teens in the morning, and a mix of clouds. We will see clouds scattered through the day, and temps struggling to get into the lower 40s, thankfully, we will not have as much wind as the last few days. Temps will start to rebound for Friday, as lows will be a bit warmer in the upper 20s, and temps will bounce to the upper 50s to near 60 on Friday.
Friday will start off dry with partly sunny skies, but rain will return later in the day on Friday, and into Friday night through mid-Saturday morning. Saturday temps will struggle to warm up much after the rain clears, and highs will only be in the middle to lower 40s. A brisk start is expected again on Sunday with lows in the low to mid 20s, but sunshine should allow temps to push into the lower 50s during the afternoon.
Monday winds will pick up out of the southwest ahead of our next weather system. Clouds will increase through the day, but temps will climb into the middle 60s for highs. Rain showers will return Monday night with showers and breezy conditions expected on Tuesday, with highs in the upper 50s to near 60. Rain showers will continue into Wednesday morning, with breezy conditions again and highs in the upper 50s.
