When ZZ Top roars into the Stranahan Theater on Wednesday, it will be the first time the Rock & Roll Hall of Famers will be in Toledo without bassist, vocalist, and founding member Dusty Hill, who passed away in 2021. But co-founder Billy Gibbons is still determined to bring the Top’s trademark Southern fried rock and blues stylings to the Glass City.
