How to Watch: Washington Spirit vs. Bay FC

The Washington Spirit plays its first home match of the 2024 season this Saturday, March 23 at Audi Field against Bay FC. For fans who can’t be in person for the 7:30 p.m. ET match, we break down how to watch the match below:

The Saturday night match between the Spirit and Bay FC is the first match of an NWSL double-header airing on ION. For most of the Washington, D.C. area, fans can find ION on:

• DISH Network: Channel 250
