Clintondale man pleads guilty to possessing child sex abuse materials
CLINTONDALE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Joseph O'Bryan, 30, of Clintondale, faces one and a third to four years in prison after pleading guilty to promoting a sexual performance of a child. Sentencing is scheduled for May 31.
According to the indictment, O'Bryan was arrested on October 15, 2020. State Police executed a search warrant at his residence and located files of child sexual abuse on his phone. Police say he had shared some of the files with other individuals.
