Proctors hosting film festivals for the cats and dogs
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York Cat Film Festival and the New York Dog Film Festival are both being held at Proctors Theatre at 1 p.m. on April 6 and April 21, respectively. The festivals celebrate our love of cats and dogs.
Each film festival will be showing animated, documentary and narrative short films from across the world about cats or dogs. A part of the ticket sales for both festivals will be donated to the Animal Protective Foundation in Glenville.
