Albany inmate caught with razor blades inside rectum

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- According to the Albany County Sheriff's Office, a new inmate at the Albany County Correctional Facility was found with two razor blades hidden inside his rectum. A body scanner detected the blades during the screening process.

Dontay Sawyer was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third and fourth degrees and promoting prison contraband. Sawyer will be arraigned in the Town of Colonie Court on March 25.
