Sabah deputy CM explains reason for delay in Pan Borneo Highway project

KOTA KINABALU: The delay in the Pan Borneo Highway project was due to a change in implementation from the project delivery partner (PDP) to the conventional method, said Sabah Deputy Chief Minister III Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.
