Run to Asda for a £2 tool you need in your life – it pulls pesky weeds straight out, it’s banging
WITH spring just around the corner, it won’t be long until we’re hosting BBQs with friends and loved ones in our gardens.
But if your outdoor haven has been overtaken by weeds, then no stress…because it turns out there’s a bargain buy that can help to remove them in an instant.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@Asdaamberlipton.x), a savvy woman named Amber reveals the weed tool she swears by – and it costs just £2 from Asda.
As she heads over to the affected patch of grass in her garden, she then aims to demonstrate just how good the sharp tool actually is.
Pinpointing one weed to target first, she can then be seen easy applying the bargain buy into the soil.
“Find the weed, get in there and use this and it just pulls it right out – look at that mate! Banging!” she enthuses.
Clearly delighted with how quick and easy the weed is removed, she then repeats the process on another, proving that the first time wasn’t just a fluke.
Amber captioned the post: “Honestly this is the best weed tool I’ve ever found and its only £2!! Don’t walk RUN to @Asda.”
The post has since gone viral, racking up over 53k views and several comments from very impressed green-fingered social media users.
“Saving this to show my mum she’d love this,” wrote one.
Amber replied: “It’s actually brilliant you can hear how ecstatic I am!”
A second commented: “Well I’ve got to have this!!!!!!! Thank you!”
A third enthused: “They defo do the job. I’ve had mine for years and it’s brill!”
Another tagged a friend and noted: “Look in your Asda and I will too..do your weeds for you when I’m down next…”
The instructions for the ‘Asda hand weeder‘ online advises: “Wash the product with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly.
“Dry completely. Store inside when not in use.”
And one woman even gave it a five star review, adding: “Easy to use with arthritis in hands.”
