Trump’s rhetoric about Jews is deeply offensive | Letters to the editor
I am deeply offended by Donald Trump’s latest antisemitic diatribe against American Jews who supposedly “hate Israel” if they won’t vote for him.
We do love Israel and our religion.
We just reject his prejudicial rhetoric and his polity positions. In addition, Trump’s use of language similar to Hitler regarding migrants “poisoning the blood” of our country is despicable to us.
Just because we don’t vote for him does not mean that we hate Israel and our religion.
Trump used the same arguments during his 2020 campaign. It wasn’t true then, and it’s not true now. This is another of his numerous lies.
I hope Trump is not elected in 2024. If he is, I fear for our democracy. Please vote against Trump in November.

Better off with Trump
I know that despite reading all of the Trump-hating letters submitted and published that there are many people in Florida who realize that we were better off under the Trump administration than under this current one.
There were no wars. People had more money in their pockets. Gasoline was much cheaper. There was no “woke” politics going on.
I could go on for an hour, but I will conclude with this thought: I honestly believe that the country and the world will be better off, safer and more prosperous under Trump than under the Biden administration that just keeps printing and spending money everywhere.
We need a strong President who scares dictators like Putin, Xi, Kim Jung Un, not a weakling like Biden.
Thank you to those voters who realize the truth.
Love him or hate him, he will be great for our country, but of course, if you are a Democrat, like many of you are, including the editorial staff on this newspaper, you will disagree with my words.
Keep loving the millions coming into our country illegally, and keep spending all that money we don’t have.

Trump in trouble? Hardly
So, Florida Democratic Party chair Nikki Fried says that Trump is in trouble in Florida because he only got 80% of the Republican primary vote on Tuesday.
Talk about wishful thinking!
Fried has to be more truthful to her constituency or they will stop respecting her opinions. Then again, maybe it’s time for Democrats in Florida to replace Fried with someone who does not continually engage in fantasies.
No more hyperbole!

Which is worse?
What is wrong with this picture?
The film director Jonathan Glazer is being raked over the coals for controversial comments he made while accepting an Oscar for his film, “Zone Of Interest.” It is a career-defining moment for him, whether you agree with him or not.
Former President Donald Trump makes an ignorant and outrageous comment that Jews who vote Democrat “hate Israel,” yet he could be elected the next President of the United States.
