Viral Video: Railway Workers Push Train After Snag In Amethi
Nasik: A video has surfaced from Uttar Pradesh’s Amethi where some railway workers were seen pushing a broke down train on Friday. The onlookers recorded the video and posted it on social media platforms. The sudden halt by the train at the outer area also affected other train timings. Despite concerted efforts workers could not rectify the problem, leading them to push the train. The incident highlighted the need for stringent safety protocols and maintenance standards within the railway department.

Reacting on the incident, Inspector RS Sharma of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) stated, “A DPC train which is used by railway officials for inspection broke down on Thursday at the outer of Nihalgarh Railway Station following which railway employees were deployed to push it to the station. The snag was then repaired, and the train went ahead to its destination.”
As the video went viral on the internet, Railways authorities have been instructed to conduct a probe into the matter and take necessary action to ensure the safety and efficiency of railway operations in the region.
