Police have identified a person who was fatally shot outside a Connecticut courthouse as a 26-year-old man who was facing gun and drug charges. And his lawyer is calling the killing a “hit.” Jarron Chapman's lawyer and police say he was leaving Waterbury Superior Court late Thursday morning when he was shot in front of family members by someone who fled on a motorcycle. The Waterbury resident had just appeared in court. He had three pending cases there that included gun, drug and assault charges. Police say they are looking for the shooter.
