NYC puppy raiser celebrates National Puppy Day

NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) -- Guiding Eyes for the Blind is a national non-profit organization that provides guide dogs to people experiencing vision loss at no cost to them.

A NYC Puppy Raiser joined New York Living to discuss how to help puppies begin their guide dog training and share more on Guiding Eyes for the Blind's mission.
