SCSO: Two arrested for alleged burglary

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested Michael DeMartino Jr., 40, of Stillwater, and Kristin Frisch, 41, of Gloversville, for allegedly stealing property. They were charged with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny.

Police say they responded to the Extra Space Storage in Clifton Park on March 15 at 3:06 p.m. after a report of a suspicious vehicle. After an investigation, police report that DeMartino Jr. and Frisch allegedly made unlawful entry into the storage facility and stole property from storage units. Both were issued appearance tickets to return to Clifton Park Town Court at a later date and released.
