Madle Lippus, Jevgeni Ossinovski on SDE's Tallinn coalition negotiations team

The Social Democratic Party (SDE) has confirmed its coalition negotiations team in Tallinn. The team will include both acting Tallinn Mayor Madle Lippus, and faction chair at the city council, Jevgeni Ossinovski.
