Temporary alternate water channel to open near collapsed Baltimore bridge

Crews in Baltimore are preparing to open a temporary alternate water channel near the collapsed Francis Scott Key Bridge to allow commercial ships to begin operating in the area again, as CNN's Gabe Cohen reports.
