The Florida Supreme Court is expected to issue a ruling Monday on whether a proposed constitutional amendment protecting abortion rights in the state will go on the November ballot. If the high court does allow the amendment on the ballot it will need 60% of the vote to pass. CBS News campaign reporter Shawna Mizelle has more.
