Man chases dog walker with hammer and stole his Pomeranian after losing his XL Bully

Drunken thug Kenneth Littlemore raced up to Nathan Lane - who was carrying his tiny tony Pomeranian, Bonsai - and asked him if he knew the whereabouts of his own XL Bully in Netherton, Merseyside
