Design of this bridge 'could be at risk of collapse' if hit by container ship, says expert

Following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge bridge in Baltimore, experts say another structure, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge near Annapolis, could also be at risk of collapse if hit by a container ship. CNN's Pete Muntean reports.
