Troy Police investigate shots fired incident

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Troy Police are investigating a shots fired incident that happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday near River Street and Hoosick Street. Police say no victims are believed to be injured and the suspect fled on foot before law enforcement arrived.
