‘Did she have to do that? ask heartbroken Love Island fans as Molly ‘has a dig’ at ex Callum
LOVE Island fans fumed after Molly Smith ‘took a dig’ at ex Callum Jones by deleting a post of them together.
After a TikTok fanpage highlighted the deleted post, viewers rushed to the comment section to express their thoughts.
Molly removed a TikTok video featuring her and Callum’s baby pictures, which she had posted a while back when they were still together.
Upon discovering the deleted post, one fan commented: “When I tell u I cried .”
Some fans noticed that Molly, not Callum, deleted the video. She originally posted it, and Callum reposted it. When she deleted it, it disappeared from both of their profiles.
One user wrote: “HE DIDN’T DELETE IT, MOLLY DELETED THE VIDEO.”
And another who still had hopes that the pair would get back together added: “BYE THIS WAS MY LAST STRAW AND SHE DELETED IT.”
Some fans highlighted that it wasn’t a dig since both parties have moved on.
“They broke up so it’s natural to delete pictures and videos of themselves,” said one user.
Whilst another wrote: “Guys he has a new girlfriend and that’s probably why. Him a Molly have been broken up for months.”
Callum and Molly dated for three years after their first stint on Love Island where they met.
They broke up six months before joining All Stars.
Love Island fans previously accused Callum and Molly of faking their break up to take part in All Stars.
Others who believed their break-up was genuine, were rooting for the pair to get back together throughout the series.
Instead Callum ended up coupling up with Jess Gale and the pair briefly dated post-show before parting ways just a few weeks ago.
Molly won the show with Tom Clare, and the couple remain together. He stood by her side during her recent BooHoo launch.
Callum was recently snapped leaving Molly’s launch holding hands with reality personality Thea Thompson.
He made no attempt to hide his new romance with Jess lookalike Thea, who previously starred on MTV dating show Are You The One? in 2022.
