Person killed in crash in Oakenshawe neighborhood Thursday morning, Baltimore Police say

A person was killed in a car crash Thursday morning in North Baltimore, police say.

Baltimore Police officers responded around 7:35 a.m. Thursday to the 3400 block of Greenmount Avenue in the Oakenshawe neighborhood for a pedestrian-involved crash and found male victim with life-threatening injuries.

Medics took the victim to a hospital, where he later died. The driver of the striking vehicle was also taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

BPD’s crash team is currently investigating.
