Lukashenko appoints military personnel

 Colonel Dmitry Sobol has been appointed First Deputy Chief of the Military Academy of Belarus. The previous job holder, Colonel Igor Kozlov has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Northwestern Operational Command of the Armed Forces.
