Who is your favorite ‘The Voice’ artist on Team Legend heading into Knockouts? [POLL]
“The Voice” battles round for season 25 concluded on Tuesday night with each of the four coaches narrowing their teams of 10 down to seven. Veteran coach and the only one this season with a win to his name, John Legend used his one and only “Playoff Pass” on Bryan Olesen, sending him straight to the live shows while the remaining five battles winners and the artist he stole move on to the next round. Those six artists representing their team will next take the stage for The Knockouts beginning April 8, but first we want to know who is your favorite artist on Team Legend? Vote in the poll below.
Bryan went head-to-head against Nathan Chester in their battle of “Rolling in the Deep,” where he managed to interest both Dan + Shay and Reba McEntire in a possible steal. Though it was the first performance of the round, John was not going to let Bryan go and so after declaring Nathan the “winner” he protected Bryan with the playoff pass and sent him to the lives to compete on Team Legend.
In other battles, Zoe Levert was a winner for “The Bones,” Gene Taylor won for “When I Was Your Man,” Jackie Romeo earned her way with “Edge of Seventeen,” and Mafe was the winner for “You’ve Got a Friend.”
The artist that John stole was Val T. Webb following her loss on “Saving All My Love for You” as a member of Team Chance the Rapper in the final performance of the round. With the other three teams full by that point, John was able to claim Val without facing any competition.
In our poll of favorite artists following the blind auditions, Bryan was declared the favorite on Team Legend at the time of our reporting results. He seems to have been John’s favorite as well, but will the fans still agree at this critical stage of the competition?
