Yitty Wertzberger, 10, was standing in the marked crosswalk at the intersection of Wallabout Street and Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg around 2:40 p.m. when 62-year-old Buick Enclave driver Isaac Karczag, 62, mowed her down while making a left turn into oncoming traffic against the light, police said.
