_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will travel eastward across the Great Lakes
tomorrow, bringing showers from Minnesota to western New
York and western Pennsylvania. Thunderstorms can develop
during the afternoon hours across Wisconsin, Michigan and
northern Illinois. Farther south, steadier rain will fall
from northeastern Missouri to northern Ohio. This storm will
also bring gusty northerly winds across the northern Plains,
ushering colder air into the region. With the exception of a
spotty shower or thunderstorm from the Colorado Rockies to
Northern California, much of the West will remain dry.
Although temperatures will not be as high as recent days in
the Southwest, warm conditions will continue. A zone of high
pressure will build in the Southeast, promoting dry and
pleasant weather across this region.
