Killeen win in Greystones

The Super Seniors finally got their campaign going after a couple of false starts due to the recent weather.

A scotch foursomes event with 5 matches in Greystones. The visiting side were afforded a courtesy shot in each match as well as the handicap allowance.

It proved to be a tight affair with the final result being 3-2 to Killeen. The results were as follows:

Hard luck to the team and managers Joe O’Brien and Pat O’Dowd. As it’s a round robin system all is not lost and they live to fight another day.
