Marjorie Taylor Greene's 'goldfish' brain is incapable of strategic thinking: conservative
Conservative Jonah Goldberg dumped all over Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-GA) crusade to oust Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) during a Monday appearance on CNN.
Goldberg began by predicting that Johnson would easily survive Greene's motion to vacate his chair, as it would be hard to find other Republicans willing to go on the "Mount Rushmore of Weirdness" alongside Greene and fellow hardliner Reps. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Thomas Massie (R-KY).
Goldberg also said that former President Donald Trump was unlikely to push for Johnson's ouster given that Johnson is "the crucial Jenga piece that, if they pull him out, the GOP conference collapses and we're in a bizarro situation where Donald Trump is worried that Republican chaos might make him look bad."

The New York Times' Lula Garcia Navarro then chimed in to say that Greene may be playing with fire if Trump perceives her as threatening his election chances by injecting nonstop chaos into the House of Representatives, and Goldberg said that this probably never even occurred to her.
"No one ever accused her of being a four-dimensional chess player," he said. "She has a goldfish memory and lives in the moment... she's just a creature of the internet age."
Although the aforementioned Greene, Gosar, and Massie have vowed to support a motion to vacate Johnson as speaker over his deals with Democrats, at this point it appears that there are enough Democrats who would come to Johnson's rescue to defeat such a measure.
