Based on the significant turnout at his recent roadshows and rallies, Bhati has emerged as a strong contender against BJP MP from Barmer, Kailash Choudhary. Adding another dimension to the competition is Ummeda Ram, the Congress candidate who recently switched allegiance from the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party.
