Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has filed a plea with the Supreme Court, claiming that the high court has yet to deliver a verdict on his challenge against arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case. Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, representing Soren, informed the bench that the high court reserved its decision on February 28 but has not yet issued a judgment.
