Bill eliminating spousal rape immunity headed for governor's desk

COLUMBUS — Gov. Mike DeWine is expected to sign a bill into law to remove from Ohio’s books a long-standing immunity from prosecution for rape and other sex crimes when victims are the spouses of the accused.
