These hotels will feature a minimum of 75 to 80 keys, with amenities such as restaurants, spas, and gyms, operated by branded hotel chains. Additionally, Sun Estates plans to introduce serviced apartments and boutique mansions, offering attractive rental opportunities for investors. .
